I was so excited to go to this place but when we called around 11am they told us we couldn't go there until 7 pm so they could clean. What are people supposed to do for hours until you can finaly go check in. They also accused us of having more people there than we told them because they saw another car with people in it which was our daughter, her boyfriend and his parents. It was a huge Mix up. We ended up asking for our money back. We found another place called Sleepy Hollow Cabins it is wonderful. I'm so happy we came here instead.

This is a beautiful cabin.. I have a large family of 8 and we fit wonderful. This cabin is pet friendly and peaceful. Being from Florida where we just GO GO GO It was wonderful to just RELAX.. .THANK YOU BIG BEAR FOR A GREAT WEEKEND!!!
Our family rented this cabin for 5 days and we couldn’t have been more pleased. We enjoyed everything about its location and our stay. House was like a home away from home but with the North Carolina view. We will be back for sure ... HIGHLY Recommend
